PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition composed of a compound having basic N atom or its quaternarized group, a polymeric compound containing polymerizable double bond, etc., giving a cured product having a water- absorption falling with a specific range, dyeable easily and firmly with a dye by post-dyeing and having excellent resistance to yellowing. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) a compound having basic N atom and/or its quaternarized group, (B) a compound having polymerizable double bond and a molecular weight of >=200 (preferably an unsaturated polyester) and (C) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (e.g. styrene) in a manner to give a cured product containing 0.001-0.9 equivalent/kg of the basic N atom and/or its quaternarized group and having a water-absorption of 0.7-20wt%. The component A is preferably a quaternarized amine compound containing radically polymerizable unsaturated group such as quaternarized N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate benzyl chloride, etc.
