PURPOSE:To save number of components by providing a surge current suppressing circuit in common to a degaussing circuit and a constant DC voltage power supply. CONSTITUTION:An AC input to a degaussing circuit 1a is supplied via a surge current suppressing circuit 3a. The suppression of a surge current in both degaussing circuit 1a and a constant DC voltage power supply 2a is served by the surge current suppression circuit 3a. Moreover, a resistor R and a capacitor C of a time constant circuit of a control circuit 7 are selected to a value so as to obtain a time when the impedance of a thermister 12 reaches a sufficient value. Thus, the circuit is simplified and number of components is saved and the occupied area is also decreased.
