PURPOSE:To enable the generation of potential corresponding to ion concn. by arranging a base on which an ion sensitive section is formed, a carbon layer containing carbon covering the ion sensitive section and an oxidation/ reduction function layer which develops an oxidation/reduction function covering the carbon layer. CONSTITUTION:A carbon paste is applied once with a brush to a part A of a base where a copper wire is arranged by printing on a polyimide film and baked to form a base 1. Then, the base 1 is soldered 3 with aurethane-coated copper wire 2 and the portion of the soldering 3 is insulated by a silicon resin 4 to form a conductive carbon electrode 10. Subsequently, a film base electrode 20 is brought into an electrolytic oxidation reaction with a carbon-covered printed wiring part 10a of the conductive carbon electrode 10 to be covered with an oxidation/reduction functioning layer 11 and, further, with a hydrogen ion carrier film 12 to obtain an ion sensor. |
