The invention relates to a quadricycle provided with an articulation and a stabiliser which can serve to transport heavy loads over relatively long distances. It comprises a cycle 1 made from a rectangular and square tube, and a trailer 2 with a platform, equipped with a drawbar with a trailer attachment for fixing it to the cycle. The latter has a stabiliser 3 which thus makes it possible to hold and balance the assembly when stationary. Amongst the most beneficial applications of the invention, mention may be made of its use in transporting loads which may be as heavy as 30 kilos maximum. <IMAGE>
