PURPOSE:To substantially improve the resolution of a D/A converter with a low resolution by adding or subtracting a voltage below the resolution voltage of a D/A converter changing stepwise from a minute voltage output device. CONSTITUTION:A command value from a numeric arithmetic unit 10 is divided by a dividing voltage of a D/A converter 12 and formed into an integral number and fed to the converter 12. On the other hand, the quantized error by an integral number forming is divided by a minute division voltage of the minute output device 14, formed into an integral number and supplied from the device 10 to the device 14. Then the output voltage of the converter 12 and the voltage changing stepwise from the device 14 are added or subtracted by an adder/ subtractor 16 to form an analog conversion output with high resolution. Through the constitution, the resolution of the D/A converter low in resolution is increased substantially.
