PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution for correction, by a method wherein a friction type transmission mechanism is situated between an electric motor and an air direction control plate and is brought into reliable contact with an upper and a lower stopper, and correction is performed on the basis of a contact position CONSTITUTION:A drive speed control means 19 of a CPU 9 outputs a lower or a high speed drive signal to a transmission means 18 according to the ON and OFF state of an air direction control operation switch SW to drive an air direction control plate through a driver 10, an electric motor 8, a reduction mechanism, and a friction type transmission mechanism. When an air direction control plate is driven and when it is displaced upward or downward, a drive output having the number of pulses higher than that during contact with the upper or the lower edge of the opening of a discharge port is inputted to the motor 8, and the air direction control plate is reliably situated in a full opening or a full closed position through the slip of the friction type transmission mechanism. A correction means 20 performs correction based on the contact position by means of a signal from the rotation position detecting means of the motor 8 so that the contact allows maintenance of respective positions.
