POLARIZED CONNECTOR

A four pole contactor includes a bank of adjacent polarized connectors. Each connector has 2 blades for the attachment of mating female terminals. A pair of barrels are formed in the female terminal to provide a double barrel receptacle. In one embodiment, a polarizing tab is formed in the center of the tip of each connector blade which fits within a channel defined between the barrels of the terminal thereby allowing the terminal to be assembled to the connector in only one orientation. Second and third embodiments have one tab or two tabs, respectively, which mate with one or both channels formed within the terminal barrels.
