PURPOSE:To secure such an air conditioner that is compact in size and excellent in air mixability by forming plural blowoff openings, crossed with a main flow, in the side wall of a main flow air duct, and installing an air-mix mechanism, connecting each blowoff opening to the front of the main flow with a bypass air duct. CONSTITUTION:Each cooling air bypass passage 5 is formed in the circumference of a heater core 1, while plural cooling air cooling air nozzles 4a are installed in each end of the cooling air bypass passages 5. And, in inlet opening of the cooling air bypass passage 5, there is provided with a bypass one-off damper 6 which opens or closes this opening, and this turning shaft is made into the same shaft as that of an air-mix damper 2. On the other hand, in an air-mix chamber, there is provided with a partition 9 partitioning off the inside into upper end lower parts, and plural hot air nozzles 4b are installed in this partition 9, while these nozzles 4b are made possible to be opened or closed by a sum air-mix damper 23 to be concentrically rotated with the air-mix damper 2. And, in cases, there one provided floor, vent and differential discharge ports 41-43.
