A nasal packing comprises a rear closure element in the form of a balloon 12 which envelopes a catheter 14 in a part-region. This catheter 14 is closed at one end and has two threads 40 at its opposite end 34. These two threads can be used to fix the balloon 12 in the filled state with tension on a front closure element 56. The catheter is placed with a reinforcing wire 36, the balloon 12 is filled with air, a physiological saline solution or an X-ray contrast medium via a fluid line 16. <IMAGE> |
