PURPOSE:To reduce the working labor and shorten the operation time, by simultaneously taking off empty feed yarn and full bobbin package from a spindle and a winder and simultaneously supplying a new feed yarn and an empty paper tube to a spindle and a winder. CONSTITUTION:Arms 10b and 10e are collected in one group and arms 10c and 10d are collected in another group and each group is attached to respective endless carrying member 32. When the carrying member 32 is transferred, one arm group is raised or lowered and the other group is lowered or raised to simultaneously take off an empty feed yarn transporting the arm 10c and a full bobbin package 20 transferred by the arm 10d. At the same time, a new feed yarn 16 transferred by the arm 10b and an empty paper tube 22 supplied by the arm 10e are simultaneously supplied to a spindle 17 and a bobbin holder of a winder 23. A tenser 15 is pulled out from the spindle by the arm 10a before the start of the operation of the carrying member 32 and raised to a waiting position, lowered after the completion of the operation of the carrying member 32 and put on the spindle. |
