PURPOSE:To decrease dispersion in printing quality, by a method wherein the bonding thickness on a back side of a part where a heater is formed is thickened, and the other part is made to be of a traditional thickness. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic substrate 31 is adhered to a fin 32 by adhesives 38. For the adhesives epoxy series resin, cyanoacrylate series resin, etc., are used. A groove is provided to the fin 32 so that a thickness of the adhesives on a back of a partial glaze 33 to which a heating element is provided may be thickened. When a case where the thickness of the adhesives on the back of the partial glaze 33 is made 2-4 times that of the other part is considered, heat radiation to the fin of the ceramic substrate is almost determined by the thickness of the adhesives on the back of the partial glaze 33 when the heating element is heated; therefore, the influence on heat reserve owing to dispersion of a coated thickness in printing becomes 1/2-1/4. |
