PURPOSE:To allow a person using a human nature enhancing couch to ascertain examination or examination effect having timewise shift, by expressing the pre-examination and post-examination relating to a fatigue degree, a picture drawing degree or the like on the same sheet and visually comparing both of them to clearly determine an improved point. CONSTITUTION:An examination sheet 8 is preliminarily folded along a fold line 9 and an examinee sets the paper surface A above the fold line 9 to an upper surface prior to using an ability enhancing apparatus to enter a pre-examination result in said upper surface and turns or over the twofold sheet after the use of said apparatus to set the paper surface B below the fold line 9 to an upper surface and enters a post-examination result in the upper surface. Thereafter, when the examinee opens the twofold sheet, the paper surfaces A, B showing the enhancement of the ability of the examinee due to the use of the human nature enhancing apparatus are parallelly displayed on one surface in the same direction. On the basis of a column where the examinee draws hit portrait in order to test the ability of a right brain as a drawing degree and a column in which the fatigue degree of the examinee is entered, the examination results of the pre-examination and post-examination can be visually compared with each other on the same sheet across the fold line 9 and an improved point can be determined easily and clearly.
