Novel ANF derivatives.

摘要

Novel ANF derivatives of the formula: <CHEM> wherein R1 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or a group of the formula <CHEM> wherein one or more amino acid residues or derivatives thereof are replaced by one or more spacer groups, are described; these compounds are useful in the treatment of patients afflicted with disease states characterized by abnormalities in fluid, electrolyte, blood pressure, intraocular pressure, renin, or aldosterone homeostasis.
