PURPOSE:To eliminate slight vibration favorably as well as to keep off any movement of an upper base without hindering the vibration control action by pressing the other side base in noncontact to one side of the paired bases, and constituting the other side base so as to be energized to the specified opposed position of the base on one side. CONSTITUTION:Pressing mechanism 9a-9b are set up in four corners of a lower base 4 between peripheral edges of an upper base 3 and the lower base 4, and when these upper and lower bases 3 and 4 are relatively moved as opposed to an outer circumferential wall 3a of the upper base 3, they are constituted so as to press this outer circumferential wall 3a via a plate spring. Consequently, even if relative displacement occurs between these upper and lower bases 3 and 4, displacement of the lower base 4 can be buffered by this plate spring in a noncontact state, especially the upper base 3 can be pressed in a floating state, lowering the extent of characteristic frequency, thus a slight vibration is favorably eliminable. In addition, such a fear that the upper base 3 is moved by unevenness of a mounting spot, centroidal offset of a mounted material or the like from the manufacturing standpoint is preventable without hindering any vibration control action. |
