PURPOSE:To simplify structure and save space with a working cylinder of an automatic tool exchanger device or the like of a machining center by turning a 2nd turning-advancing cylinder member which is coaxial with a 1st turning cylinder member by means of the 1st turning cylinder member. CONSTITUTION:When a 1st piston 2 of a 1st cylinder body 1 is moved in the axial direction, this movement makes a 1st shaft 8 turn. Then, a 2nd cylinder body 11 connected to the 1st shaft 8, as well as a straight forward piston 15 slide-guided with a rotation stop shaft 22 and a rotary piston 16 turns. Then, when the straight advance piston 15 is moved in the axial direction, a twin arm 23 moves in the axial direction. When the rotary piston 16 is moved, the twin arm 23 is further turned via an output shaft body 17. When each of the pistons 2, 15, 16 is selectively driven, the arm 23 makes sequential movements of 90 deg. turn a, advance b, 180 deg. turn c, reversal d, 90 deg. turn e, 90 deg. turn f, advance g, 180 deg. turn h, reversal i, and 90 deg. turn j in succession. Since advance, reversal, and 90 deg. and 180 deg. turns can be performed with a simple structure, it becomes possible to save space. |
