PURPOSE:To complete having of a through body through one time of work and improve efficiency of the work by supporting the through body by the use of a temporary strut installed in the inner part of a containment vessel and a temporary support and movably holding the through body in the axial direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A temporary support 4 and a temporary strut 5 are installed on the inside and the outside thereof respectively by sandwiching a containment vessel 1 and a liner plate 2. Rollers 8 supported by a roller supporter 7 are fixed as a moving mechanism of a through body 3 on horizontal members 6 constituting the temporary support 4. When the through body 3 is installed on the liner plate 2, the through body 3 is transported in a working place by a crane after the liner plate 2 is completed up to an appointed height. After welding parts 11 are marked off before the through body 3 is welded to the liner plate 2 and thereafter the through body 3 is moved in the axial direction and the working place is secured, an opening is provided on the liner plate 2. Next, the through body 3 is moved to the welding parts 11 again and the whole circumferential welding parts 11 are welded after their alignments are performed.
