PURPOSE:To trace a target with high accuracy for a long time, by engaging a fixed gear fixed at a supporting body and whose rotary shaft is positioned almost horizontally with a planetary gear, and providing a directional antenna and a movable mirror coupled in parallel with the planetary gear and its rotational plane. CONSTITUTION:The fixed gear 4 whose rotary shaft is positioned almost horizontally is fixed at a supporting cylinder 9, and the planetary gear is engaged with the gear 4, and the periphery of the gear 4 is formed revolutionarily. A holding plate 6 is held around the shaft of the gear 4 rotatably, and the gear 5 is held rotatably in a plane parallel with the holding plate 6. The directional antenna 1 is coupled in parallel with the gear 5 and its rotational plane, and the movable mirror 10 is supported so that its plane can be positioned almost perpendicularly to the holding plate 6. By tracing the target operating an operation lever 2 in such way, it is possible to always capture the target in a fixed mirror 11 by tracing a direction by turning the supporting cylinder 9, tracing an angle of elevation by rotating the holding plate 6 around the shaft of the gear 4, and also revolving the gear 5 in the periphery of the gear 4.
