摘要 PURPOSE:To improve rigidity in molded body remarkably, by a method wherein a composite sheet of a glass fiber and synthetic resin is laminated at least on one side of nonwoven fabric composed of a mixed fiber of the glass fiber and synthetic resin, which is heated at least at a temperature of the melting point of the synthetic fiber or synthetic resin whichever is higher, pressurized and unified. CONSTITUTION:A range of 10:1-1:5 at a weight ratio between a glass fiber and synthetic fiber is suitable for a mixture ratio of nonwoven fabric constituted of a mixture fiber of the glass fiber and synthetic fiber. At the time of lamination of a composite sheet with the nonwoven fabric, a weight of the synthetic resin per unit volume of the composite sheet is selected so that it becomes heavier than that of the synthetic fiber per unit volume of the nonwoven fabric and heated and pressurized at a temperature higher by 5-100 deg.C than the melting points of the synthetic fiber or synthetic resin whichever is higher. with this construction, a fiber molded body having an air interrupting sheet and a decorative material for trim on the surface is obtained.
