PURPOSE:To obtain the title noncolored composition excellent in orientability and high in permittivity, by adding triallyl isocyanurate to a vinylidene fluoride resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride resin (e.g., vinylidene fluoride/vinyl fluoride copolymer) of a vinylidene fluoride content >=40mol.% is mixed with 0.005-1.5pts.wt. triallyl isocyanurate and the mixture is kneaded and extruded to obtain a pelletized vinylidene fluoride resin composition. This composition is melt-extruded at a temperature lower than the decomposition temperature of the vinylidene fluoride resin to obtain an unoriented film. This film is sent from a feed roll 1 through a preheating roll 2 at 70-130 deg.C to spaces between each of two pairs of pinch rolls 3, 3' and 4 and 4' (the distance between the two pairs of pinch rolls is 1/8-1/12 of the width of the feed film) and heat- treated with an annealing roll 5 at 60-120 deg.C to stabilize it and wound around a take-up roll 6 to obtain an oriented film. |
