CONSTITUTION:As a throttle opening theta is inputted, the target rotating speed ND of a corresponding prime mover 1 is generated from a target rotating speed generating means 81, and a speed control means 86 outputs a control signal in accordance with the deviation between the target rotating speed ND and a detected rotating speed N1. On the other hand, a standard clutch pressure generating means 82 outputs a defined standard clutch pressure Ps in accordance with the throttle opening theta, and a corresponding cut-off frequency is sent through a low-pass filter 83 to a subtraction circuit 84, where it is subtracted from the control value to calculate a target oil pressure PD, and the rotating speed of the prime mover 1 is controlled to be the target rotating speed ND via a pressure control means 88, a PWM output 89, a control valve 4, and a clutch 5. Thereby, a clutch engagement in which the intention of a driver is faithfully reflected can be carried out.</p>
