LASER BEAM WELDING EQUIPMENT FOR PIPE INSIDE PERIPHERAL SURFACE

PURPOSE:To improve the repairing efficiency of a working pipe by providing a flexible tube which is expanded and fixed on the inside of the working pipe and arranging a rotary cylinder therein and arranging laser beam condensing and reflection optical systems for welding to the inside of the rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The flexible tube 12, a connecting cylinder 14 and an intermediate cylinder 20 are connected and arranged in order at the inside of the working pipe 11 and an air bag 19 is provided to the tip of the intermediate cylinder 20. Further, the rotary cylinder 26 to be driven via a driving motor 23 and gears, 28, 29 and 30 is provided to the tip of the intermediate cylinder 20 and the condensing and reflection optical systems 36 and 37 are arranged therein. In advance, a laser beam irradiation hole 38 and a welding place 35 are positioned via a position detector 13 and the air bag 19 is actuated by compressed air to fix the intermediate cylinder 20 on the pipe 11. The rotary cylinder 26 is rotated and the laser beam 18 is projected to perform the circumferential seal welding of the pipe 11. The welding positioning is facilitated and the repairing efficiency of the working pipe 11 is improved.
