A so-called big bag or bulk sack which is intended for the transport and storage of bulk goods is provided upwardly with a lifting device (3) and downwardly with a bottom (1) which, along its edges, is joined together with the material forming the side walls (2) of the sack. In order to achieve simple manufacture, ensure possibility of simple handling and acceptable mechanical strength, it applies according to the disclosure that two side walls (2) are, by the intermediary of a connecting portion at the upper region of the sack, united with two opposing side walls (2), so that the connecting portion forms the lifting device (3). Interiorly between the lower ends of the connecting portion, there are secured, along connection lines (12), upper material pieces (4) which at least partially close the sack and which form a filling nozzle (7). |
