PURPOSE: To repair Co base and Ni base alloy articles at a temperature lower than the melting temperature by incorporating at least three different alloy powder groups wherein the composition of an alloy powder mixture is defined and making each alloy powder of the group have the composition and melting range different from those of the other alloy powder and article. CONSTITUTION: Each alloy of a first group is provided with the melting range high than that of the alloy of the other groups and contains the whole solid solution reinforcing elements, which are selected from W and Mo, and C. The same of a second group is provided with the melting range lower than that of the first group and contains at least one kind element which is selected among Cr, Al, Ni, Co. The same of a third group is provided with the melting range lower than that of the second group, and fluidity is given to the mixture. The mixture is composed of, by weight, 15-30% Cr, 1.5-6.5% W, 0.4-4% Al, 1-11% Ti, 1-6% Ta, <=1.5% B, <=0.5% Si, <=0.2% Zr, <=3% Mo, <=0.3% Hf, <=6% Nb, <=3% Re and the balance selected from Ni and Co with impurities. |
