PURPOSE:To obtain an image with the good tone reproduction and the high image quality by executing the auxiliary exposure of a photoreceptive sheet with a light having the photosensitive wavelength of a photosensitive microcapsule within about less than 60sec before and after an image forming exposure. CONSTITUTION:Light sources 6 for the auxiliary exposure are disposed so as to be counter to each other, immediately before the exposure point P of the photoreceptive sheet 3. And, the photoreceptive sheet 3 coated with the photosensitive microcapsule is image-wisely exposed, and then, the auxiliary exposure is executed with the light having the photosensitive wavelength of the photosensitive microcapsule within about less than 60sec before and after the image forming exposure, and the photoreceptive sheet 3 is laminated with an image receiving sheet, followed by pressurizing them. Accordingly, as the gamma correction of said sheet with the auxiliary exposure and the correction of sensitivity are effectively carried out in a usual surrounding change, practically, the prescribed coloring of the image in a prescribed concn. range does not generate, and the tone reproduction of the image does not deteriorate. Thus, the image with the good image quality can be formed. |
