PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the leakage flux in a junction part by joining gap parts of a magnetic circuit with an adhesive containing high- permeability powder. CONSTITUTION:A front end gap g1 and a back gap g2 between a core 4 around which a coil 5 is would and a core slider 6 are adhered with a nonmagnetic adhesive, and an adhesive 22 containing high-permeability powder is applied to the outside of the gap g2. Or the gap g2 is directly adhered with the adhesive. Thus, the leakage flux to the external s reduced to improve the magnetic efficiency, and a bad influence of the leakage flux on the other parts is prevented. |
