PURPOSE:To safely keep the temperature of a greenhouse at a specific level over a long period at a low cost, by providing a heat-generation part composed of microorganisms, nutrients, a water-retaining material and a material for controlling heat-generation and utilizing the generated heat for the heating of a culture house. CONSTITUTION:A heat-generation part 2 is placed in or outside of a house 1 for the culture of plant and the heat generated from the heat-generation part 2 is supplied to the house 1. The heat-generation part 2 is produced by mixing microorganisms (e.g. yeast), nutrients (e.g. rice bran or protein), water- retaining material (e.g. sawdust) and heat-generation controlling material (e.g. salt) and adjusting the water-content of the mixture. The fermentation heat generated by the microorganism in the heat-generation material is used for the heating of the house. |
