发明名称 COLUMN CLEANING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To continuously measure a univalent positive ion in a liquid to be measured, by allowing an eluate to flow into a pressure compensating column and allowing a bivalent positive ion in the eluate accumulated in the column to melt out of the column by leading periodically a reagent into the column. CONSTITUTION:When a moving phase pump 2b is driven, a moving phase in a moving phase tank 1b flows to a waste liquid tank 1f through changeover valves 3, 4 a separating column 5 and a detector 6. Also, when a sample feed- liquid pump 2c is driven, a sample in a sample tank 1c flows to a waste liquid tank 1e through the valve 4 and a pressure compensating column 7. In this state, when the valve 4 is switched, the sample reaches the valve 4 the column 5, and a positive ion in the sample is caught and concentrated by the column 5. In such a case, when a reagent feed-liquid pump 2a is driven, a reagent of a reagent tank 1a flows to the valve 3 a waste liquid tank 1d, and a weighing tube 3g is filled with the reagent. In such a state, when the valve 3 is turned ON, the reagent in the tube 3b is carried by the moving phase, led into the column 7 through the valve 4, a bivalent ion is allowed to melt out, and a univalent positive ion in a liquid to be measured can be measured continuously.
