PURPOSE:To remove adhered substance at an inner surface of a pipe, enable an application of this device to a U-shaped thermal conducting pipe, make a low differential pressure generated in fluid and further enable the device to be used for a use of long period of time by a method wherein a core member having a cleaning material is arranged within a thermal conducting pipe and the cleaning material is vibrated and rotated to remove the adhered substance in the inner surface of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A core line 2 is inserted into a thermal conducting pipe 1, and both ends of the core line 2 are fixed to both open ends of the thermal conducting pipe 1 through a spring 2' for applying a tension to the core line 2. The core line 2 is provided with a plurality of cleaning balls 4 to be used as cleaning material with a spacing having a length more than by two to ten times of an inner diameter of the thermal conducting pipe. A U-shaped part of the thermal conducting pipe has a spring-shaped core taking-out jig 6, the core taking-out jig 6 has a circular bottom part guided to an inner surface of the pipe, places the core line 2 fixed at a center of axis to a center of the thermal conducting pipe 1 and further always locates the cleaning balls 4 at an axial center of the thermal conducting pipe 1. Each of the cleaning balls 4 may receive a force of fluid flowing in the pipe, vibrate at a central part of the thermal conducting pipe 1 to generate a disturbance to the fluid within the thermal conducting pipe 1 and the disturbed fluid may perform a uniform and positive cleaning of the inner surface of the thermal conducting pipe 1. |
