PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive coil using a ceramic superconductor, by applying ceramic coating into a spiral groove, which is provided in a nonmagnetic substrate, embedding a spiral rare-earth-oxide based superconduc tive material and a stabilizing material, forming coil units, and laminating the coil units so as to hold an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 7 is provided in one surface of nonmagnetic steel substrate 20. A ceramic coating layer 10 is applied on the inner surface of the spiral groove. A superconductive material 8 is arranged at the lower part of the spiral groove 7. Stabilized copper 9 is embedded on the material 8 along the groove. An insulating spacer 11, on which a grid shaped refrigerant paths are provided, is mounted on the entire one surface of a coil disc 6. The coil discs formed in this way, are laminated. The many coil discs are made to form a unitary body with disc tightening bolts 12 and 13, which are provided at the outer and inner surfaces of the coil discs. The every disc is inputted into a heating furnace, and heat treatment is performed. Thus, the powder material at the lower part of the groove becomes the superconductor by the heating reaction. |
