The invention relates to a capsule of "Delrin" with vertical edges covered by a synthetic membrane 6, producing a false epithelial attachment 5, in the bottom 2 symmetrical lugs 3, a block of compressible elastic material; at the base of the capsule, a ring of synthetic fabric, a false stump made of Delrin fixed to the capsule by a screw whose upper third is smooth; on its external base 2, symmetrical vertical furrows 5, at its base 2 notches 4 corresponding to the lugs, and at its lower third a shoulder. The assembly formed by the capsule, synthetic membrane and ring of impermeable synthetic fabric forms a false epithelial attachment. The forces applied to the false stump cause vertical displacement of the latter along the smooth part of the screw, compressing the elastic block and producing a force breaker which is comparable to the alveolodental ligament. <IMAGE>
