<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorant carrier improved in durability by carrying a deodorant consisting of ferrous sulfate and sodium bicarbonate as main component to the gaps of a plastic granules melt-stuck porous body. CONSTITUTION:A plastic granules melt-stuck porous body is obtained by packing the granules of plastic into a cavity having spaces of a required shape and heating them under pressurization. At this time, only the surfaces of the granules are melted and the granules are mutually melt-stuck in the contact faces. A deodorant consisting of ferrous sulfate and sodium bicarbonate as main component is carried to the gaps of this plastic porous body. The deodorant is blended with plastic granules of a raw material and the mixture is melt-stuck in order to carry the deodorant. The obtained deodorant carrier is molded into an arbitrary shape and can be used as the air cleaner element 1 of an automobile.</p> |
