The circuit with non-locking switch for selecting the line of two line telephone comprises tone ringer ccts. (100,100'), a rectifying ccts. (200,200'), a line selection and control cct. (300), melody generators (400,400'), a dialing cct. (500). The line selection and control cct. (300) is divided by two parts and each part comprises relays (ry1-3), hook switches (HS1, HS2), nonlocking line switches (LINE1, LINE2), non-locking hold switches (HOLD1, HOLD2), SCRs (SCR1, SCR2), LEDs(LED1-4), piezo electric speakers (PS1, PS2), transformers (T1, T2), set relay (S-RY1-3), reset relays (R-RY1-3), and zener diodes (ZD1-3, ZD11-33).
