PURPOSE:To enhance the fineness, light resistance and heat resistance of patterns by providing picture elements contg. a photosensitive resin having an acryloyl group as a photosensitive group and working pigments. CONSTITUTION:Color filters 2 are formed on a transparent substrate 1. The filters 2 are constituted of the red, green and blue picture elements 2a contg. the photosensitive resin (A) having the acryloyl group as the photosensitive group and the working pigments (B), a black matrix 2b, a protective layer 2c consisting of a thermosetting acrylic resin, etc., and transparent electrodes 2d consisting of ITO, etc. The above-mentioned resin A is preferably the compsn. contg. a photosensitive element such as triethylene glycol diacrylate and an initiator consisting of a quinone compd. The pigment B is preferably formed by finely dispersing the prescribed pigment into an acrylic resin, etc. |
