<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of large amount of gas in a hot-water reserving tank and obtain comfortable hot-water supply when the title device is re-used, by a method wherein a relief valve is provided at the upper part of the hot-water reserving tank to open the relief valve for a proper period of time when a flow detector has detected non-flow for a proper period of time. CONSTITUTION:A flow sensor 7, provided in a hot-water supplying pipeline 9, checks the flow of hot-water periodically and sends the result of detection to a controller 4. The controller 4 receives data from the flow sensor 7 and counts the non-used time of hot-water in a hot-water reserving tank 1. When the counted time has exceeded a set time, the controller 4 sends an opening signal to a relief valve 8, provided at the upper part of the hot-water reserving tank 1, to open the relief valve 8 and discharge gas, generated by an anti-corrosion electrode 3, to the outside of the hot-water reserving tank 1. The controller 4 starts counting simultaneously with the outputting of the opening signal of the valve 8 and closes the valve 8 after a proper time has elapsed. When the controller 4 receives the data of flow of hot-water from the flow sensor 7, the controller 4 clears the counted time and counts again from the initial time of the flow of hot-water.</p> |
