PURPOSE:To prohibit automatic adjusting control for a power factor in case of applying a low load and to prevent a capacitor from being applied unnecessarily by cutting off all of the capacitors from an electric circuit when an active power is less than a prescribed preset value (first preset value) in a first discrimination means. CONSTITUTION:A CPU102 functions as the first discrimination means according to a prescribed program stored in a ROM103, and since a low load state is set when the active power is less than the first preset value, the CPU102 functions as a cut-off means, and outputs a cut-off signal to a relay control part 107. The relay control part transmits the cut-off signal from the CPU102 to a capacitor control part 50. The capacitor control part 50, cuts off all of the capacitors 62a-62c from the electric circuit 1 by driving all of the electromagnetic contacts 60a-60c. In such a way, it is possible to prohibit the automatic adjusting control for the power factor by cutting off the capacitor in the low load state. |
