PURPOSE: To effectively seal a switch opening and closing device by arranging a starting member at the wall of a first housing section so as to connect to a contact member at a second housing section by a mechanical means in the state of being freely attachable and detachable. CONSTITUTION: The housing sections 1 and 2 are in the state of being freely attachable and detachable with each other. The first housing section is provided with a shaving head 3 and a driving mechanism 4. The second housing section 2 houses a charging battery 12 and charging unit 13. The housing section 2 is used for charging a battery by a contact pin 14, electrical connection between two housing sections are established by the same contact pin 14. A starting member 16 is constituted as a sliding piece, which moves on the wall 18 of the housing section 1 in the directions of P1 and P2 and provided with a crank shaft 19 and a connecting rod 20. By a mechanical means, the piece 16 is connected to a contact member 17 at the section 2 in the state of being freely attachable and detachable.
