PURPOSE:To reduce the trouble and time required for transfer of programs by transferring the program held by a 1st storing means to a 2nd storing means which stores the executing program of a main control means via a storage control means. CONSTITUTION:A control program is stored in a ROM 221 and then transferred to a RAM 217 via a switching circuit 215 under the control of an address control circuit 219. Then a microprocessor 211 performs the control based on the control program stored in the RAM 217. Thus it is possible to reduce the trouble and time required for the transfer of the control program.
