PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic plate which has not only such characteristics as lightness in weight, adiabatic property, heat resistance, working property and decorativeness, but moisture-controlling function, by constituting the ceramic plate in a multi-layered structure of a base layer, moisture-controlling layer and make-up layer wherein the moisture controlling layer is constructed by a foaming member of inorganic foaming materials which are laminated in a manner to form a latticed pattern and inorganic moisture controlling materials. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic foaming materials composed of fuller's earth or shirasu, etc., are fed by a proper amount from a first hopper 1 onto a belt conveyor 2. Then, inorganic moisture controlling materials are supplied from a second hooper 3 via molds A4 and C5 onto a layer of inorganic foaming materials which becomes a base layer. A mold B5 is slidingly moved from on the mold A4, and another mold C6 is placed onto the mold A4. Then, the inorganic foaming materials are supplied from a third hopper 7 to lattice portions of latticed patterns, so that a layer which is to be a moisture controlling layer is formed, onto which pelletes of inorganic foaming materials are supplied from a fourth hopper 8 to form a make-up layer. The obtained layered member is sent inside a sintering furnace 9 for sintering while the temperature is raised. Thereafter, it is gradually cooled. |
