PURPOSE: To treat the development of immunologic inflammation diseases by dosing an immunosuppressively effective amount of the envelope protein of human immunodeficiency virus (HIVenv). CONSTITUTION: An effective amount of HIVenv preparation is dosed to a patient showing an immunoinflammation response to treat the correspondence and the disease of immunoinflammation. As a HIVenv, TCB domain having the sequence shown by the formula, which contributes to the linkage to the surface marker of rgp 120, T-helper cell and T4 cell (particularly the sequences between residue 411-454, 416-443 and 440-442). The dose of HIVenv is preferably 0.5×10<-8> -5×10<-5> mole. An antibody having the TCB domain-bonding properties, for example, monoclonal antibody 5C2E5 (ATCC HB9435) is bonded to a cytotoxic substance (for example, lysine) to obtain a treating agent improved in direction to the target cell.
