HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST ASPERGILLUS AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce anti-aspergillotic human monoclonal antibody which is used in diagnosis or as a remedy for aspergillosis, by culturing a cell line which has been formed by fusion between human lymphocyte and lymphatic established cell line. CONSTITUTION:Human lymphocyte and a lymphatic established cell line such as mouse myeloma are subjected to cell fusion to form hybridoma producing antiaspergillotic human monoclonal antibody and/or a cell line originating therefrom. Then, the cells producing the monoclonal antibody is cultured and the subject antiaspergillotic human monoclonal antibody is collected from the supernatant of the culture mixture.
