PURPOSE:To take an accurate measurement by varying the irradiation time of the laser beam and drawing the graph between time and a burn pattern, and reducing the gradient of the obtained graph to 1/2. CONSTITUTION:The irradiation time is varied while a laser output is constant, and the radius ra of an acryl burn pattern radius ra is found. The gradient of the straight line obtained when the lateral axis is set to the logarithm of time, the radius of the laser beam is denoted as r0, and the longitudinal axis is set to (ra/r0)<2> is reduce to (1/2) to find the radius r0 of the laser beam. |
