PURPOSE:To make it compact and thin by providing a press member applying a pressure-welding of a paper to the surface of an elastic substance and notching the difference in the coefficient of friction on the pressure-welding surface of the press member. CONSTITUTION:An elastic substance 12 to which a piezoelectric ceramic element 11 is joined generates the longitudinal oscillation and the transverse oscillation by excitation of the element 11. The elliptic motion 13 as the motion of a particle generates on the surface of the elastic substance 12 by the composition of the longitudinal and transverse oscillation, a paper 14 is put thereon, and a pressure-welding is made by the press member 15. The pressure-welding force of the press member 15 for the paper 14 is given from a pressing spring 16, and the press member 15 is placed at a specific position by a resetting spring 17. In addition, the pressure-welding surface of the press member 15 is so formed that a serration surface can give an orientation to the coefficient of friction. Accordingly, the paper 14 is moved by the pressure-welding force of the press member 15 and the elliptic motion 13 of the elastic substance 12, and the press member 15 makes motions in the direction of the arrow B so as to help the movement of the paper 14. |
