PURPOSE: To form a foil which functions as a working medium to quickly combine biomedical tissues by a method wherein the foil is constituted in such a manner that the two side parts in parallel have a length equal to the periphery of a cut surface of an organ, and a tongue piece which is developed along one side part, and a narrow and long piece which is equal to the length of the extension of the other side part, are provided. CONSTITUTION: The collagen of sheep extremely quickly combines with a biomedical tissue, and the collagen is invaded with a 'major' substance, and a favorable growth generates between them within several days. Then, when a surgery to provide a means which prevents the stream of a content from generating in two directions, must be performed on an organ having a transfer function such as a gall or a urinary tract, the stream needs to be limited to one direction only, and for this reason, a part of the organ wall is peripherally superposed and returned on the other part by pushing an adjacent part of the wall together in the longitudinal direction, and a sleeve is formed on the top to provide a structure which works similarly with a valve. Then, the collagen foil is used for the fixation, and the formed sleeve is arranged around the external surface of a part of the related organ which lies under, and by doing so, the fixation is achieved. By this method, a foil 2 functioning as a working medium which quickly performs a combining of biomedical tissues, can be obtained. |
