NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R1 is phenethyl; R2 is a group expressed by formula II or R1 and R2 together with N form N'- benzylpiperazinyl or 1,7,10,16-tetraoxa-4,13-diazacyclooctadecanyl; n is 9 or 10) and acid addition salt thereof. EXAMPLE:1-Decaprenyl-4-benzylpiperazine. USE:An antiviral and antitumor agent. PREPARATION:Isoprenyl alcohol expressed by formula III is converted into a halide or arylsulfonic acid ester, which is then reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV in the presence or absence of a base in a solvent, such as methanol or benzene, to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. The reaction is preferably carried out by using the compound expressed by formula IV in a large excess or in the presence of the base at ambient temperature-100 deg.C. |
