PURPOSE:To obtain a light information recording medium which indicates a good absorbing characteristic in a semiconductor laser oscillating wavelength region, by a method wherein the light information recording medium is composed of a conductive macromolecule containing bis[(1,2-dicyano)-1,2- ethylenedithiolate] nickel complex as a dopant. CONSTITUTION:A light information recording medium is composed of a conductive macromolecule containing bis[(1,2-dicyano)-1,2-ethylenedithiolate] nickel complex as a dopant. In a preferable mode, the conductive macromolecule is conductive poly pyrrole and an electrolytic polymer of poly pyrrole. The recording layer of this light information recording medium absorbs light in an oscillating wavelength region of a semiconductor laser. For manufacture of the light information recording medium, electrolyte of electrolytic polymerized monomer of pyrrole or the like containing above-mentioned nickel complex as a dopant is brought into contact with an electrode surface, and is electrolytically polymerized by impressing voltage between electrodes. |
