PURPOSE:To prevent the defective insulation of a coil by applying an insulating coat on the surface of a core chip, and installing the coil on the core chip including this insulating coat. CONSTITUTION:The insulating coat 26 is applied on the surface of the core chip 12, and the coils 20, 22 are installed on the core chip 12 from the top side of the insulating coat 26. Thus, by applying the insulating coat 26 on the surface of the core chip 12, the sharp edge 24 of the core chip 12 is covered by the insulating coat 26, and its angle is blunted. Accordingly, even if the coils 20, 22 are brought into contact with it, the insulating coats of the coils 20, 22 are never damaged. Thus, the occurrence of the defective insulation is suppressed. |
