PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy and efficiency by means of a simple device by lap-punching two overlapped continuous resin film materials having folded lines in the direction of both of endless widths, leaving one folded section not punched, and providing surplus margin sections on the other side of folded line and bottom section. CONSTITUTION:Folded lines are formed automatically on both sides in the longitudinal direction by the inflation film process to provide a continuous film cylinder 11 formed with the overlapping two films. The film cylinder 11 is supplied continuously to a punching machine 13 and lap-punched. At that time, a punching blade of a shape corresponding to given punching lines except the back folding section of a file is provided on the lower surface of a top force 14 of the punching machine 13. The film cylinder 11 is made into a two- folded subject having two sheets 16 and 17 of same shape by said arrangement, leaving one solded section 15 as it is. Also, surplus margin sections 16a and 17a on the opposite side of the folded section 15 and lower side surplus margin sections 16b and 17b are provided. A file having a paper holding section is manufactured by folding back said surplus margin sections 16a, 16b and 17a, 17b respectively to the inner side between the two sheets 16 and 17. |
