发明名称 IMMOBILIZATION OF BILOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To immobilize the title substance in large quantities of immobilization while highly keeping the activity of the title substance, by treating an inorganic carrier with a specific aminoalkylkoxysilane followed by chemical bonding of the biologically active substance using this amino group. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic carrier (e.g., silica gel) is put into a toluene solution of an aminoalkylalkoxysilane of the formula (R is 1-4C alkyl; n is integer of 5-12) (e.g., 3-aminipropyltriethoxysilane) followed by silane treatment at 100 deg.C for 3hrs., washing with methanol succeeded by ion exchange water and then putting into an aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde to carry out reaction for 4hrs. Thence, aldehyde group is introduced, through the amino group introduced into the inorganic carrier, followed by putting the resultant carrier into a 0.05M sodium acetate buffer solution containing biologically active substance (e.g., glucose oxidase) to carry out reaction at room temperature for 12hrs., thus immobilizing the biologically active substance.
