PURPOSE:To stably rotate an image carrier by setting a drum flange having a moment of rotation larger than that of the image carrier main body to the image carrier main body. CONSTITUTION:A drum flange 18 having a moment of rotation larger than that of an image carrier main body 17 is set to the image carrier main body 17. It is preferable that the moment of rotation of the drum flange is 5 or more times as large as that of the image carrier main body 17. Thus, the moment of rotation of an image carrier 8 is increased to stabilize the angular speed by fly-wheel effect, and the variance of rotation is eliminated to solve color deviation or the like, and an image of good quality is obtained. |
