PURPOSE:To enable a curtain body to be surely received without contamination or defect by a method in which crest folding part and root folding part are alternately formed with set width on the synthetic resin curtain body with rigidity, and plait parts are closely folded and lapped by applying pressure and heat to folding lines. CONSTITUTION:The notched part 12 of length p is provided on the film with suitable rigidity and flexibility along the crest folding line 13' of crest folding part and the root folding line 14 of root folding part positioned in set width w and in spaced relation by a prescribed distance p' with both end parts remaining. An accordion type curtain body 11 is formed by a alternately forming, folding back, pressing and folding back closely under high temperature. The curtain body 11 is arranged so that on the operation side and the opposite side of molds 91, 92, the lower part of the curtain is positioned inside of the tie bars 83, 84 of lower stage, and its upper part is arranged outside of the tie bars 83, 84 of the same lower stage with a prescribed inclined angle. When a molded object is released from a movable mold 92, the molded object reaches a prescribed discharging part 16, while scattering is prevented. |
